I realised I have been extremely remiss with the website – my apologies! Things here have been extremely busy with cases ranging from the Highlands to West Lothian, Aberdeen to Ayr and everywhere in between. I’ve also given evidence in the Court of Session which was a bit anxiety-provoking! Good to remember that feeling though, I think it makes us better Psychologists when we can connect with some of what our clients feel. Personally, I’ve been sea swimming as much as I can which is just fabulous for the soul. Time is running out before its just too chilly, Autumn has most definitely arrived….
